MERCHANDISE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing merchandise through the 828 Boxing Club online store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be provided.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available through our online store.
828 Boxing Club reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate before completing their purchase.
5. Returns, Refunds & Size Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Please ensure you carefully review your order, including product sizing, before completing your purchase.
If you require a different size, we may offer a size exchange only, subject to the following conditions:
- Size exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges must be completed in person at 828 Boxing Club.
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and have all original tags attached.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we are under no obligation to provide a refund or exchange.
We do not offer exchanges by post or courier unless otherwise agreed at our sole discretion.
6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with photographs and your order details.
Where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will repair, replace, or refund faulty goods.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper care, normal wear and tear, or alterations made after delivery.
7. Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer legislation.
8. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product colours, sizing, and descriptions.
Actual colours may vary depending on individual device screens.
Minor variations between product images and the final product do not constitute a fault.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
9. Promotional Items
Promotional offers, discounts, and limited edition merchandise are available while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the purchasing process will only be used for processing your order and communicating with you regarding your purchase.
Your information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, 828 Boxing Club shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of merchandise.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
12. Changes to These Terms
828 Boxing Club reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will apply to purchases made after the updated Terms & Conditions have been published.
